How do I get into the North reaches???

I found the place that said to talk to Bruno in Gauntilygam, went to every place he was at and never got a peep out of him for the quest or pass or whatever you need. Ty in advance.

    I believe you will find it on the map as a new location just for that quest.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
