Reforger's Blessing, Redeemed Citadel milestones won't progress

I purchased the Reforger's Blessing, back when the campaign was going on, but now despite the game saying that i can still make personal progress, favor is not added to the progress. The pack wasn't cheap and it gave the impression from the description that you could finish it whenever you wanted.

    It's been brought up several times but can't get an official response. I heard from @percemer that it should still work but nothing official has been said.

    Well, with the news on Zariel today in the patchnotes, one would think that they would also at least see the problem with the Reforger's Blessing, and start working on a solution for this too...

    I mean, we paid good money for the pack, and even in game it still says that we can progress through the campaign and earn those rewards, but that's not the case anymore!
    I do believe in killing the messenger...

    They have not even bother to put a comment in the forum. 🤷‍♂️
    A bug? Not a bug? Above the rug or under the rug.
    No surprise here. This is the same for what they have done for other 'problems'. I still don't have the Tiger I entitled to (as confirmed by the support who said they could not do anything, only dev could) after years.

    I've pretty much written it off. Bug or no bug, the silence is deafening and a sign they don't think it matters.

    Well, i guess this going the same way as other "not so important" bugs, that would be fixable but would also cost them some time to figure out and patch:
    Support: "Can't help you, go write something in the forum and stop bothering us!"
    Devs: "Won't help you, topic closed!"
    btw. anyone in charge wondering why players stop spending money on this game - Exhibit A. right here.

    Well, the new campaign for the next module just looks like Reforger's Blessing 2.0, why the heck would anyone want to spend money on that, when we might not be able to progress through it with alt. characters when a future module drops?

    I went back and forth with support on this in emails, showing supporting documentation from devs (Per Asterdahl, “If you've purchased the blessings, you may complete the personal progress at your own leisure, you have no deadline. This includes future characters.”). The final response I received was that the campaign has ended, no further progress can be made, and they refunded my Zen for the purchase of the Reforger's Blessing.

    Well, could you please add the links to those official statements, so that others can use them for getting a refund too?

    If this works and i'll receive a refund for the Reforger's Blessing, i might just buy the Aasimar Race Pack when there's another sale...
