Changing load out wipes the Companion powers

When I change loadout my companion powers are wiped out. I have tried re-ordering the powers, I have tried making sure the powers are in the same location. I found if I use the same power on different loadouts then the powers get wiped out. This is very frustrating.

    PC got the patch today. Hopefully, it works and will be in console.

    Live stream on Tuesday said Console will get the patch next Tuesday.
