Head gear cannot be transformed into fashion items

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I guess 99% of head gears I cannot transform into fashion item, even the set of the new campaign. I can transform all pieces but the head. Any reason?

    Are you trying to convert the head gear items on a Dragonborn race character? Almost all head gear doesn't show on Dragonborn.

    Nope, not a bug. It's been that way since Dragonborns were added. It's really the only drawback to playing one.

    Another drawback is Dragonborn is ugly. People "wanted" to use the fully covered head gear to hide it. However, I always think they did that intentionally to make sure one cannot hide their ugly faces.
