Band of Air Doesn't Proc Anymore!

A Control Wizard friend and I (Warlock) noticed other players without the Band of Air were coming close to beating us. While there are some rare players who can achieve high scores without the ring, we saw this reoccurring and determined there is a problem with the Band of Air. We both observed the fight logs and noticed the rings effects were no longer displayed in the fight logs. We tested the ring over and over while using all possible combinations, but the ring no longer works as it did previously.
