VoS Hardcore drop rate

I come through this to ask for information if there is any "bug" in the drop rate of the mini-bosses' reagents, especially the third one, because it is extremely difficult to obtain, to the point of being ridiculous, is there a "bug" or correct way to get the drop? I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the game, you guys created these rings, band of air and ring of darkness, I know cases of players who stopped playing, because since when this content was released, we didn't get this item, even doing more than 15 races per day, which leads us to question if there is any "bug"? If not, take a look and improve it, because this is no longer a challenging content, and it's just becoming disappointment and frustration, I'm not asking for it to be easy, just don't be ridiculously stupid the drop rate, and with the In recent releases of other games, such as New World and Lost Ark, the tendency is that you continue to lose players due to these types of problems.

    There have been a lot of posts from players who share your frustration. And 0 replies from the Dev's. So I assume it's working as intended. I've also seen players move on to other games because of it. Why they're so unwilling to reply to any of the posts on this topic over the last year is beyond me. But thank you for making a new post so Julia @nitocris83 can see that this is still a problem in the eyes of the players and maybe she should 'escalate' or share this post with the team instead of ignoring it like all the others.
