Ability Scores and Enchantment Bug

The Ability scores on the Greater Protector Cloak give total of 5 (+5 CON), but the Waist pieces, such as Sash of Constitution and Charisma etc. give only a total of +4. This is out of line compared to the other neck and belts which all give +5 total Attributes. Similarly, the Valhalla Set Neck and Belt is only 600 Item Level as compared to 800 for a lot of the older Artifact Sets which were buffed. It also gives only +3 in Ability Scores at Legendary, unlike +5 for pretty much every other Artifact Set at this point in the game.

Also, please fix the Fortified Nature bug that was reported 2 months back, regarding how it only gives stacks of Deflect and Awareness, but not any Defense.

    Please look into both of these bugs. Neither take too long to fix, and should not be too much trouble. @noworries#8859

    You're assuming it is a bug. Those are older gear from when the stats were maxed at +4.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    The belts that aren't "Greater".

    Because one is belt and one is neck?

    Just because they are in the same set, it does not mean they have to be the same.

    e.g. Black Ice cloak has +3 and Black ice belt has +4. Valindra neck has +3 and Valindra belt has +4.

    The old Neck pieces used to have Action Point gain instead of stats, for the most part. The AP gain got turned into Con at mod 16 IIRC whereas the belts always had either +4 or +2/+2.
