Chultan Alchemy Recipes Not Appearing

When I purchase Alchemy recipes from recipe keeper in Port Nyanzaru, the recipes do not appear in my professions list. Others do. Have tried on a few toons and have same problem - no alchemy recipes for Chult appear.

    Yes, it is now a trap and it does nothing after they changed masterwork. The vendor in Port Nyanzaru should be disabled.
    The recipes can be bought in Stronghold now.
