This response is fine until you fine tune it a bit. Currently, I'm 53k IL and as that number implies, I can successfully have an impact (as DPS) on all the current queues. Given Your case that we're getting these new "better" enhancements, will the difficulty of the current dungeons be the same? Will I be able to do things as I am now? To put it better, is my progress/grind/work as a semi veteran player going to get punished by this change? Or will I be playing as usual with the new changes and enjoying the new content? I'm sure thesewill be rhetoric questions, because I'm completely positive that I'll be at the bottom, grinding again, loosing all of my progress, because of the easiest idea that states "If current content gets harder, seems like new content right?" What will you do with your mid-players that have been playing for 6 months to a year? They won't have rank 15s yet, they'll take a big hit from this and probably quit. This is one of the few times (if not the first time) I participated in the forums, but I had to get this out of my chest, because this really feels like you are insulting our intelligence, this is a step necessary to cash grab the soul out of the players that want to be on top.
There was no change to any existing content with this update. And your item level will likely go up after you do some exchanges so you will continue to be able to do everything you can do now, and may be able to do more than you can do now.
There isn't any content with this update that needs the new IL from the maxed out enchants. Every time we add new progression it is meant as a long term goal and is not needed for existing content or the new content.

The new enchants that are exchanged for are unbound, and there is no unslot cost to take them off your character. This means all of your characters can share the same enchantments.
If someone is playing 5-10 different characters each play session that could be slightly tedious to move to the shared bank and back each time. I could look into a thing where an enchant could be turned in for a bound to account, can't be refined, can't be sold, can't be turned into RP account wide unlock enchant. Which means each character could have their own version, but I'm not sure how players would feel about that option since it does mean taking an enchant you could auction/sell and turns it into one that you can't do that with.
Until that happens, at that very moment, if you prove me wrong, I'll come to the forums to apologise, but I know this is all going to be false, because that was the same thing the devs said in videos (most of them on youtube), and we took it hard. I mean, we couldn't even complete the dread legion.
On the other hand, you know that alts go on for different kinds of players (mostly hard-core guild players), and unless you reverse the change on AD to make it like a 35 cap per character on an account (up to 100k per account), then yeah, I'll play with alts, but I don't think I'm going to.
Finally, nobody really talked about the ward problem. You are asking 4 times the amount for the same reward. So, are the wards also going to be 4 times less expensive? Are they going to have 4 times the chance to drop (and 4 times the quantity)?
What I'm seeing now is a game that suddenly got significantly harder to itemize.
It is frankly sad that you told me I would be able to do the same things I'm doing now. It's a fallacy, because you are, in fact, raising item level and changing the basics of combat and stats in general. It would be foolish to maintain the current status quo because if I get even slightly stronger, we'll have instances that are "too easy," and I don't think (based on previous core changes) that's the path you and the rest of the devs team will take.
An account wide enchant as proposed isn't too bad if it is truly in ADDITION to the current changes. I still want to have the option to sell/trade my stuff.
I could see putting regular upgraded enchants on 3/9 toons, then the account wide on the others. Sometimes I feel like a change of scenery when paying, but wouldn't want to gimp my mains.
I would want a way to upgrade the account wide enchant though. Even if it is expensive, perhaps add an AD cost to remove some from the economy.

The MAIN reason why the alt (of the current live server) uses lower rank enchantment instead of moving good enchantment around is NOT because of the gold. It is because it is painful to do what you said.
This makes the character who is filled up with rank 11 and lower enchantments to have Zero rank 1 enchantment and FROM whatever item level the enchantments used to provide TO Zero item level.

If you are going to increase Item Level by this amount (5000 for mythic combat and 1500 for mythic companion), can you please add combined rating to it? 80% of Item Level in Combined Rating seems good enough, even though other enchantments seems to have their values set to 90%. It's the same situation as with collars when they first came, they too didn't have any combined rating (and there was a lot of people upset about that).
Currently on live runestones have combined rating and while Weapon/Armor Enchantments do not have it, IL boost is 800 total, not 5000, so much more manageable.

I missed where this reply was given. Unslotting enchantments at no cost is great and appreciated. Having to do that and reslotting on each toon you play would indeed be tedious (I run 6 toons through bounties ... hehehe just for that tiny chance of the 1300k il companion gear dropping). It wasn't the gold cost that made me buy all new r15s for my main dps character (my main is a tank). In theory I could take the insignias off at no cost from my tank solo build and put them on my rogue each time ... and then back again ... but I don't. He gets his own insignias too. And it is precisely to avoid the tedium.
So yeah, if there was an OPTION (not an obligation) to hand in unbound enchantments for bound enchats I could claim on all my toons, that is definitely something I would consider as a fair solution. If I could exchange a fully upgraded enchantment for a bound fully upgraded enchantment I could then claim on my alts, I would actually consider that a fantastic option and something I would opt into without a doubt. It would basically mean I could run interesting content on all of my toons, well worth the investment.
If it was only tradeable at the rank2 option, then it would stand as an ok option worth considering after some very careful calculations as to what enchantment combinations would give the greatest amount of balance across tank, healer and dps classes.
Now that I read some others posts and thought about it a lil more . Being able to Bound an item/enchantment to account so it can be used by each character on the account would be great . As long as we have the choice to do it rather than by default .

The new rank 2 equals three rank 15 enchantments. Giving account wide rank 5 enchants would ruin the economy forever ?

I really don't understand this. If you want to disassociate Enchants from Gear, fine. You don't also have to change refinement and upgrading. You don't also have to change how enchantments work. You don't also have to change Armor/Weapon enchant types. You don't also have to change how companion enchants/runestones/gear works. Etc, etc.
This is all way too much, on top of already too many changes over the past few years. It's unbelievably excessive. This is especially because in the past we have not seen that Cryptic properly understands either how to balance the game or how to please the player base. I would really like to say otherwise, but it is a very long history of changes that then have to be walked back or undone.
It's also worth noting that none of these changes make the game more like the D&D RPG. And most of these changes are not any better for new or casual players. Our Guild loses more and more people every time these changes come through, and casual players quit because they can't be bothered to learn another change and deal with how all the time they spent was for nothing.
I really don't know what to say, Cryptic. It is too much.

Well, it would have made more sense to make the new enchantments bound to account, and in return let us exchange any enchantment/runestone, pretty much the same way you did it the last time we had to exchange armor/weapon enchantments. Furthermore it's not just "a few alt. characters" running around with lower ranking enchantments, but probably a very good portion of new/returning/somewhere in between players. What about those players?
Or what about players that dumped a good amount of money on the 30k Character Boost? They are your damn customers, they paid good money for those bloody enchantments/runestones and they will get nothing out of this damn exchange in the end! How about a partial refund for those packs, since you're taking away those IL with this new Mod.!
Or what about players that bought Lockbox keys, and have gotten a good amount of Rank 9 enchantments/runestones from lockboxes, i guess their investment doesn't count for anything either... Not to mention, what about all those Trade Bars they got from lockboxes, they can't even buy new enchantments/runestones with them either now, but i guess that's just fine too?!
Or what about players that worked their asses of on obtaining just a few Rank 13-15 normal enchantments? Who cares about them, right?
Btw. the game has 9 classes the last time i checked, so it would make sense to have at least 9 characters... but who cares about players that bought more character slots and some other stuff for their alt. characters, right?
And hell, i'll take some bound to account enchantments/runestones i can exchange for lower ranking enchantments/runestones over some unbound enchantment/runestone i won't get on any damn day!
In the end, this is just making those that are sitting on mountains of AD and R15 enchantments/runestones even richer, since they can just sell off their damn leftovers for massive amounts of AD to others... Btw. the AH prices for R10+ enchantments/runestones on the Life Server have already adjusted to the 40k AD for 1 Enchantment Medallion rule.
Last but not least, it would have been better to have the temp. enchantments/runestones run for 7 days of play time instead of 7 days of real time - otherwise whats the point of logging in those alt. characters with lower ranking enchantments, when they'll end up with empty slots before i can actually play them and may be just may be get some new enchantments/runestones for them?!
I know to exchange for medallions start at rank 10, but if I have rank 8 weapon/armor enchants are those exchangeable for the transmutes?

Why does doing the few things that the players have asked for, always end up being a tear-down of what already exists and new parts being forced into the opening?
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
You keep talking about item level as if it's the be-all end-all number and not some made-up number that is relative to and totally dependent upon everything else in-game. If the exchange rates stay as proposed new players' item level will go DOWN because they can't exchange the rank 9s and lower that they currently are using. Mid game players may see their item level go up a little bit and end game players will see their item level go up a lot. It's not going to be better for new and mid game players. It's going to be worse.
Now questions that you keep avoiding:
I just spent 21 million astrals on marks because you currently have a SALE running on console for them. Do you honestly expect your players to just accept that MoPs are now worthless refinement and move on? That's laughable. There needs to be an exchange for MoPs.
I also have rank 9 weapon and armor enchants that I purchased this year from the zen store with real money. Do you expect me to let you steal my money by making them worthless? Again laughable. You even currently still have rank 9 weapon enchant on the zen store. I expect you'll want to take another look at the proposed exchange rates and include rank 9 weapon and armor enchants. Either that or I will expect some type of either zen or cash refund what I've purchased.
Most importantly: How does this change help the game? You keep avoiding this question because it doesn't and you know it doesn't.

We URGENTLY need an answer as to what will happen with the MoP r4. They are a preferred option as a method of payment for items that cannot be obtained with currency such as hunt lures. No one is selling things because we don't know what will happen with those MoP. It is a low blow that you guys put the mod in the preview 1 day after the W. bazaar discount. Many, like myself, are sitting on millions of AD in MoP r4 that we were going to trade , for example a Ribcage armor, and now we are at a loss as to what to do or expect.

With the mass exodus of players from World of Warcraft going to other MMO's because of Blizzard's controversies I can understand that you guys have dollar signs in your eyes right now. However, these changes not only won't incentivizes these refugee players to join but will probably make them instead head over to Final Fantasy, ESO or even New World. The amount of money and grinding you will have to do if you are a veteran player that max out their enchantments and now have to do it again is demoralizing. You guys got too greedy with this one and overstepped the line.

Overall, I don't see the change to refinement bad. In the end, we do end up with more stats in terms of offensive and defensive enchantments... Or rather, we would.
1. Currently blue enchants which we use to replace our rank 15s in total give less ratings than 8x Assassin's and cost to upgrade even one is massive, unless...
2. Motes. We have no info on those. Are there going to be different ranks of motes? Because it's like deciding between 1% and 100% chance, where 1% chance costs, once again, much more than the guarantee, further inflating the 100% mote's price.
3. Combat enchantment. It's absolutely the worst. No combined rating for a very minimal upgrade. Yes, minimal. Players have to account for 5k loss (with mythic combat enchant) in defensive, offensive and utility ratings. That means DPS players definitely lose 5k in all defensive ratings with zero compensation (HP is not a compensation) and 5% total from whatever their forte is providing. Before we at least had resistances from Fireburst or Barkshield... maybe even negation, now those were taken away.
What about scaled instances in this scenario? Some players will have barely same offensive ratings, with an augment, and while their HP will be scaled down, their defenses will also remain unchanged.
Once again, Combined rating is needed. We are at 75k item level on average now and look how my defensive ratings look like:
This is in fact a 5% loss in defensive stats compared to live that I just can't cover up. 10% more HP won't work for 25% defensive stats loss.

To make it clearer on what I mean by loss of ratings rank 15s. Yes, we do gain item level... but again, it's a combined rating loss. It can be disregarded in terms of offensive/defensive enchantments. Bonus enchantment which provides 15% speed at maximum rank is only providing 60% of what we used to gain at max rank if we choose movement speed though.

Im a veteran player and I like the way this new systems introduces further progression of my toon. Being able to progress further is a far better alternative than the stalemate that is the current enchantment system.

We spend real money on this stuff; I expect to see some exchange for it. I hope it's just an oversight that there isn't a MoP to Glyph exchange yet.
1. Every enchantment we used real money to upgrade to legendary and you are making us use 3 legendary to 1 blue. Which we then have to rank back up to legendary or mythic with module 22. THAT IS A SCAM TACTIC!!! DONT GIVE ME THE EXCUSE OF HIGHER ITEM SCORE. 2. You get us to buy packs modules which have certain enchantments like the flower barshield, butterfly bilethorn and than you get rid of them. THAT IS A SCAM TACTIC!!! 3. You are taking away all of our options for various enchantments and slots to put them in. We spent time, money and effort to get and rank up every single enchantment we use. You are taking them all away without any sort of compensation. THAT IS A VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!
This is just a few things, there are so many more wrong with this module and in the game and all you have shown us over the last year is nothing but pure money grabs. I play other MMORPG and not one of them treats their player base like this. Us veteran players will stop spending money and go elsewhere and won't recommend this game to others like we have in the past. We understand the need to modernize the game to compete and attract people to play and we support your time, effort and investment, but what you are doing to compete, is the wrong way to treat your current player base.

Hi. Some Feedback and a question.
1. Totally upderstand that R9s are now RP. Don't have a problem with that. 2. I can see how you got the price of 40k AD for 1 medallion. That will upset people, but I understand both sides
Question Correct me if I've made a mistake, but 1. Mop4's (Marks of Potency Rank 4) have been a "stable" currency in the game as there is no way to farm them and they are used a lot. 2. You have a sale of Mops in the Bazaar. You *must* know that this is when large numbers of these are purched (of all ranks) 3. The day after the sale started you put Mod22 on preview which renders Mops almost useless. 4. I can upgrade a R9 to R10, but if I have Rank12 VIP just the mop4 cost alone is 2x15k with a 20% chance. So *on average* it is going to cost 150k AD to make a R10, but that can be traded in for 1 medallion which is 40k AD. 5. I coild upgrade a Rank9 weapon/armor enchantment, but that's a 1% chance so if I use a coalescent ward, 800Zen with discount = 800*750AD, plus 15*15k AD Mop4s. That gives me 20 medallions = 800k AD worth. 6. I can upgrade an Arifact. That's it that's all I can do with loads of Mop4s. That's A LOT of artifacts I can upgrade. 7. Artifacts don't use Mops rank 5,6,7. So they are even more worthless.
Can you explain what people are meant to do with all the Marks the bought during the sale?
I used all my Sybella legacy currency (it take a lot of time to earn these) and bought loads of Mops in the sale to make myself a R14 weapon enchant. Luckily I hadn't actualy made it yet. If I had it would have cost me WAY more than the 4.8million it is worth in Mod22 (120 medallions * 40kAD). So now I'm just stuck with a load of Mops that I don't see a use for. I know of others who weren't so "lucky" (forsome definition of luck).
Rank 9 Enchants/Runestones (not Weapon/Armor) need to be added to the exchange table. Make them on par with Rank 10s for 1 unit of exchange currency if you must but it HAS to be done.
This information is not going to reach everyone, heck it's not going to reach more than a small fraction of the playerbase; which will leave untold numbers of people with useless enchants/runestones and a fully justified feeling of being scammed.
"Just upgrade them" is NOT a solution, many people as stated will not even know the changes are coming until it's too late. Many more lack the resources to do so; contrary to what you seem to think, most people don't just have reagents just "laying around".
On top of this, don't pretend like you haven't known this change was to come and yet you still KNOWINGLY did nothing to soft-prepare by making Enchant/Runestone drops from Lockboxes bottom out at Rank 10.
So all those stacks of Rank 9s people have? Yeah, that's YOUR doing, not ours.
surely this secret refinements nerf /upgrade fiasco will help alleviate all the astral diamond exchange backlog .. that was the plan all along anyways .. LOL

The new enchants that are exchanged for are unbound, and there is no unslot cost to take them off your character. This means all of your characters can share the same enchantments.
If someone is playing 5-10 different characters each play session that could be slightly tedious to move to the shared bank and back each time. I could look into a thing where an enchant could be turned in for a bound to account, can't be refined, can't be sold, can't be turned into RP account wide unlock enchant. Which means each character could have their own version, but I'm not sure how players would feel about that option since it does mean taking an enchant you could auction/sell and turns it into one that you can't do that with.
I missed where this reply was given. Unslotting enchantments at no cost is great and appreciated. Having to do that and reslotting on each toon you play would indeed be tedious (I run 6 toons through bounties ... hehehe just for that tiny chance of the 1300k il companion gear dropping). It wasn't the gold cost that made me buy all new r15s for my main dps character (my main is a tank). In theory I could take the insignias off at no cost from my tank solo build and put them on my rogue each time ... and then back again ... but I don't. He gets his own insignias too. And it is precisely to avoid the tedium.
So yeah, if there was an OPTION (not an obligation) to hand in unbound enchantments for bound enchats I could claim on all my toons, that is definitely something I would consider as a fair solution. If I could exchange a fully upgraded enchantment for a bound fully upgraded enchantment I could then claim on my alts, I would actually consider that a fantastic option and something I would opt into without a doubt. It would basically mean I could run interesting content on all of my toons, well worth the investment.
If it was only tradeable at the rank2 option, then it would stand as an ok option worth considering after some very careful calculations as to what enchantment combinations would give the greatest amount of balance across tank, healer and dps classes.
Being able to Bound an item/enchantment to account so it can be used by each character on the account would be great . As long as we have the choice to do it rather than by default .

This is all way too much, on top of already too many changes over the past few years. It's unbelievably excessive. This is especially because in the past we have not seen that Cryptic properly understands either how to balance the game or how to please the player base. I would really like to say otherwise, but it is a very long history of changes that then have to be walked back or undone.
It's also worth noting that none of these changes make the game more like the D&D RPG. And most of these changes are not any better for new or casual players. Our Guild loses more and more people every time these changes come through, and casual players quit because they can't be bothered to learn another change and deal with how all the time they spent was for nothing.
I really don't know what to say, Cryptic. It is too much.

Or what about players that dumped a good amount of money on the 30k Character Boost? They are your damn customers, they paid good money for those bloody enchantments/runestones and they will get nothing out of this damn exchange in the end! How about a partial refund for those packs, since you're taking away those IL with this new Mod.!
Or what about players that bought Lockbox keys, and have gotten a good amount of Rank 9 enchantments/runestones from lockboxes, i guess their investment doesn't count for anything either...
Not to mention, what about all those Trade Bars they got from lockboxes, they can't even buy new enchantments/runestones with them either now, but i guess that's just fine too?!
Or what about players that worked their asses of on obtaining just a few Rank 13-15 normal enchantments? Who cares about them, right?
Btw. the game has 9 classes the last time i checked, so it would make sense to have at least 9 characters... but who cares about players that bought more character slots and some other stuff for their alt. characters, right?
And hell, i'll take some bound to account enchantments/runestones i can exchange for lower ranking enchantments/runestones over some unbound enchantment/runestone i won't get on any damn day!
In the end, this is just making those that are sitting on mountains of AD and R15 enchantments/runestones even richer, since they can just sell off their damn leftovers for massive amounts of AD to others...
Btw. the AH prices for R10+ enchantments/runestones on the Life Server have already adjusted to the 40k AD for 1 Enchantment Medallion rule.
Last but not least, it would have been better to have the temp. enchantments/runestones run for 7 days of play time instead of 7 days of real time - otherwise whats the point of logging in those alt. characters with lower ranking enchantments, when they'll end up with empty slots before i can actually play them and may be just may be get some new enchantments/runestones for them?!
You keep talking about item level as if it's the be-all end-all number and not some made-up number that is relative to and totally dependent upon everything else in-game. If the exchange rates stay as proposed new players' item level will go DOWN because they can't exchange the rank 9s and lower that they currently are using. Mid game players may see their item level go up a little bit and end game players will see their item level go up a lot. It's not going to be better for new and mid game players. It's going to be worse.
Now questions that you keep avoiding:
I just spent 21 million astrals on marks because you currently have a SALE running on console for them. Do you honestly expect your players to just accept that MoPs are now worthless refinement and move on? That's laughable. There needs to be an exchange for MoPs.
I also have rank 9 weapon and armor enchants that I purchased this year from the zen store with real money. Do you expect me to let you steal my money by making them worthless? Again laughable. You even currently still have rank 9 weapon enchant on the zen store. I expect you'll want to take another look at the proposed exchange rates and include rank 9 weapon and armor enchants. Either that or I will expect some type of either zen or cash refund what I've purchased.
Most importantly:
How does this change help the game? You keep avoiding this question because it doesn't and you know it doesn't.
Lastly:
Do you honestly expect players with alts to remove their enchants, put them in the bank and then re-equipment them on an alt in order to play your game? Seriously?
This is a HAMSTER-show.
In that case they will be dirt cheap like r9's in a few months and all alts can actually get an upgrade from enchants at a low price.
We URGENTLY need an answer as to what will happen with the MoP r4. They are a preferred option as a method of payment for items that cannot be obtained with currency such as hunt lures. No one is selling things because we don't know what will happen with those MoP. It is a low blow that you guys put the mod in the preview 1 day after the W. bazaar discount. Many, like myself, are sitting on millions of AD in MoP r4 that we were going to trade , for example a Ribcage armor, and now we are at a loss as to what to do or expect.
This is going to be kept as short and clear as possible.
Overall, I don't see the change to refinement bad. In the end, we do end up with more stats in terms of offensive and defensive enchantments... Or rather, we would.
1. Currently blue enchants which we use to replace our rank 15s in total give less ratings than 8x Assassin's and cost to upgrade even one is massive, unless...
2. Motes. We have no info on those. Are there going to be different ranks of motes? Because it's like deciding between 1% and 100% chance, where 1% chance costs, once again, much more than the guarantee, further inflating the 100% mote's price.
3. Combat enchantment. It's absolutely the worst. No combined rating for a very minimal upgrade. Yes, minimal. Players have to account for 5k loss (with mythic combat enchant) in defensive, offensive and utility ratings. That means DPS players definitely lose 5k in all defensive ratings with zero compensation (HP is not a compensation) and 5% total from whatever their forte is providing. Before we at least had resistances from Fireburst or Barkshield... maybe even negation, now those were taken away.
What about scaled instances in this scenario? Some players will have barely same offensive ratings, with an augment, and while their HP will be scaled down, their defenses will also remain unchanged.
Once again, Combined rating is needed. We are at 75k item level on average now and look how my defensive ratings look like:
This is in fact a 5% loss in defensive stats compared to live that I just can't cover up. 10% more HP won't work for 25% defensive stats loss.

To make it clearer on what I mean by loss of ratings rank 15s. Yes, we do gain item level... but again, it's a combined rating loss. It can be disregarded in terms of offensive/defensive enchantments.
Bonus enchantment which provides 15% speed at maximum rank is only providing 60% of what we used to gain at max rank if we choose movement speed though.
We spend real money on this stuff; I expect to see some exchange for it.
I hope it's just an oversight that there isn't a MoP to Glyph exchange yet.

2. You get us to buy packs modules which have certain enchantments like the flower barshield, butterfly bilethorn and than you get rid of them. THAT IS A SCAM TACTIC!!!
3. You are taking away all of our options for various enchantments and slots to put them in. We spent time, money and effort to get and rank up every single enchantment we use. You are taking them all away without any sort of compensation. THAT IS A VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!
This is just a few things, there are so many more wrong with this module and in the game and all you have shown us over the last year is nothing but pure money grabs.
I play other MMORPG and not one of them treats their player base like this. Us veteran players will stop spending money and go elsewhere and won't recommend this game to others like we have in the past.
We understand the need to modernize the game to compete and attract people to play and we support your time, effort and investment, but what you are doing to compete, is the wrong way to treat your current player base.

Correct me if I've made a mistake, but
1. Mop4's (Marks of Potency Rank 4) have been a "stable" currency in the game as there is no way to farm them and they are used a lot.
2. You have a sale of Mops in the Bazaar. You *must* know that this is when large numbers of these are purched (of all ranks)
3. The day after the sale started you put Mod22 on preview which renders Mops almost useless.
4. I can upgrade a R9 to R10, but if I have Rank12 VIP just the mop4 cost alone is 2x15k with a 20% chance. So *on average* it is going to cost 150k AD to make a R10, but that can be traded in for 1 medallion which is 40k AD.
5. I coild upgrade a Rank9 weapon/armor enchantment, but that's a 1% chance so if I use a coalescent ward, 800Zen with discount = 800*750AD, plus 15*15k AD Mop4s. That gives me 20 medallions = 800k AD worth.
6. I can upgrade an Arifact. That's it that's all I can do with loads of Mop4s. That's A LOT of artifacts I can upgrade.
7. Artifacts don't use Mops rank 5,6,7. So they are even more worthless.
Can you explain what people are meant to do with all the Marks the bought during the sale?
I used all my Sybella legacy currency (it take a lot of time to earn these) and bought loads of Mops in the sale to make myself a R14 weapon enchant. Luckily I hadn't actualy made it yet. If I had it would have cost me WAY more than the 4.8million it is worth in Mod22 (120 medallions * 40kAD). So now I'm just stuck with a load of Mops that I don't see a use for. I know of others who weren't so "lucky" (forsome definition of luck).
Rank 9 Enchants/Runestones (not Weapon/Armor) need to be added to the exchange table. Make them on par with Rank 10s for 1 unit of exchange currency if you must but it HAS to be done.
This information is not going to reach everyone, heck it's not going to reach more than a small fraction of the playerbase; which will leave untold numbers of people with useless enchants/runestones and a fully justified feeling of being scammed.
"Just upgrade them" is NOT a solution, many people as stated will not even know the changes are coming until it's too late. Many more lack the resources to do so; contrary to what you seem to think, most people don't just have reagents just "laying around".
On top of this, don't pretend like you haven't known this change was to come and yet you still KNOWINGLY did nothing to soft-prepare by making Enchant/Runestone drops from Lockboxes bottom out at Rank 10.
So all those stacks of Rank 9s people have? Yeah, that's YOUR doing, not ours.
Making the Currency buyable for AD rather than Zen will motivate certain people to buy Zen to convert into AD, which will go toward the process.
