Siege Dragons Respawn

Please increase the respawn rate of the major dragon heroics in the siege battlefield. The Breaking The Siege quest is held up waiting and constantly changing instances looking for dragons. If people are kind enough to announce them in chat - there's hordes of people killing them, the dragons are often dead by the time you arrive in instance.
