Loadout switching bug. NOT DUE TO MISSING ITEMS

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Yesterday, I switched my tank fighter to dps for the first time since coming back to Neverwinter. I did not change anything after switching, nor did I delete anything. It will not switch back. No error message; makes the switch sound but does nothing.
