70k item level possible?

Joined a vos group today and a player is shown to have 70k item level.



However, as I inspect him in the dungeon run, it is only showing as 61k.



Like the other players, we questioned if it's a bug or he had really reached 70k. We did asked him and he told us to simply get our items to max. We're at 60k level and we've calculated the possibilities. We figured the max is only 64k or 65k. :s ?

    Base item level = 8 000
    Collars = 5 000
    Insignias = 7 500
    Mount bolster = 6 000
    Companion bolster = 3 000
    Companion skills = 4 500
    Companion items = 4 050
    Runestones = 1 200
    Stronghold boons = 3 000
    Weapon set = 2 600
    Rings = 3 000
    Neck and belt = 2 600
    Artifacts = 3 450 (Demo artifact and 2 other artifacts from the milestone are 1 000 each)
    Head/Armor/Arms/Feet/Shirt/Pants = 9 150 (6x1525)
    Armor enchant = 800
    Weapon enchant = 800
    Offense/Defense/Utility enchants = 1 400 (7x200)
    Overload enchants = 2
    Reinforcement kits = 352 (8x44)
    Total = Max possible. His item level is above that and some of his items are below Avernus tier. :X

    Well that is a lot of Item level. Gratz to them if it's legit. As far as movement speed goes, fighters have a skill they can use that makes them faster that used to be a group buff.

    +2 more item level if you add rare everfrost resistance kits to pants and shirt ..:D

    Just curious--why do you only count 7 enchants?

    the queue system seems to have a visual bug

    Yes, I noticed the other day when joining a queue for RC that I was getting +/- 1.5k of item level more than the maximum I have.
