Binding bug

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Greetings
Both of my ring the queen golden opal ring and my the red eye glare are supposed to be account bound and since the mod change and the introduction of the new glass am not be able to tranfer then to other toons and my companion gear say are bount to character too

    Did you slot a bound to character enchantment? Slotting a bound to character enchantment will make the parent item bound to character regardless of its unslotted bind status.

    I did and nothing they're any way to get my rings and companion gear back ?

    No, but don't worry. They are going to be adding unbind tokens for you to pay for to fix an issue they allowed to exist.

    Not everything can be unbound by the future unbind token.

    We did not do the mistake to slot a char bound enchant to your gear, you did. I did it on my chars too... a lot of times... got angry every time. But truth to be told, on your account, it was you who did the mistake.

    That's a really dumb bug, you'd think Cryptic would've fixed that by now.

    It is not a bug - devs even explained how it is an intentional design. (Because they cannot be bothered to change the system to check both item and inserted jewels bind condition to allow/deny transfer of the item to another char. The same goes for making the bind condition change "temporary"... too much work for something that just makes players angry.
