You can hotfix when losing money but can't fix legendary companion Choice pack

Going on the third week now the legendary companion Choice pack from the reconnaisace lock box is broken it's an account bound companion that you cannot claim on other characters this is been broken for three weeks now this is ridiculous you guys can hot fix stuff if you're losing money that day but you leave stuff like this broken for weeks now I paid $20 switch the Zen over to AD to buy that pack off of the auction house and it's broken you can't even pick up the account bound companion on the other characters you guys know this is broke and haven't let this sitting idle for long enough you wonder why people have problems putting money into the game and you guys are trying to find ways to get more money in the game fix the damn problems that are going on instead of leaving them in finding more ways to make money and ripping people off
