Heard rumors that this rings will become bound to account instead of character? Can someone confirm this?

Have also heard that rings already created will not change to bound to account.

I don’t think it’s an good idea to punish the most dedicated support players, did you not just unbound all the staff of flowers on pc? It can be done, you know it and I know it.
