    It should, that was the day that the patch was announced. There was a separate news article that first said the patch would be on the 7th which then was updated to the 8th.

    There was no patch on Sep 3 (Friday). The note was meant to be for Sept 7, Tuesday (which was changed to Sept 8 on Monday). The note was posted before long weekend in US (Monday was labour day holiday).

    The Infernal Citadel bug is still present. Just got it today when queuing for REDQ. Please have the QC team follow up and fix this bug, as it totally breaks the dungeon. Thanks!

    Account Guard is not working for some users. Because of this, they cannot log in to the forums anymore. They also cannot log in and make a support ticket. Those users are not receiving the e-mail with the code to log in. It is not in their spam or bin, it looks like the e-mail is just not being sent at all.

    One user reports having an @yahoo.com e-mail address. That user just made a support ticket a moment ago, but because they cannot login they did not receive a ticket number.

    This FAQ points to https://secure.crypticstudios.com/default/account_guard/list to manage your account guard allowed devices. However, the page does not exist anymore. secure.crypticstudios.com does still exist but asks for an account guard code as well, so that's not accessible to people for whom account guard is broken.

    @nitocris83 @percemer Some users are not getting their account guard email, they cannot login to the website / forums.
