Artifact Print Bard Recharge too long

As shown in the image, the "bard print" on mythic quality is recharged 180 seconds instead of 60 seconds.
I hope for a quick fix. Thank you in advance.

    Have you tested it to see if it's actually 3 minutes to recharge? (just ruling out a typo)

    Yes. As shown in the image of the artifact is used, and the count comes from 3 minutes.

    Can confirm this is happening. Not happy. I just spent a boatload of resources to upgrade my Sigil of the Bard to mythic, and it still has the same 180-second recharge period as the green common version (both the tooltip info and the actual duration of the recharge).

    When can we expect a fix?
