overflow bag is full when it don't appear.

in icespire peak the npc florin icehammmer's quest the icy guardian will not complete because it says my overflow bag is full. None of my bags are full and my overflow bag does not appear. I cannot further the game until this is fixed.

    Sorry for the question, when i logged today my overflow bag appeared. problem fixed itself.
