"Lockbox of Alexandrite"

ziggerlinziggerlin Member Posts: 57 Arc User
Is it just me? Seriously, that's what the new Lockbox of Justice should be called. At least 2/3 of the time, I get Alexandrite, some trade bars and some other random stuff.

With black pearls and other RP not dropping from monsters those Alexandrites will be the premium drops from lockboxes soon lol

You guys never understand house always wins. At a roulette wheel there are always 2 spaces just there purely made for the house to win, no matter what you were betting on. Now don't preach at me this isn't an online casino, but you pay for your spin or scratch off tickets. Youtubers have posted the odds of "winning" about 30% junk and 20% mediocre and less than 1% is stuff you actually want. It has been this way from the start and yet you still complain about the lockboxes.

It has been said in the past, you need to open hundreds, if not thousands, to obtain 1 chance at a mount or companion. People are lucky when or if they get them earlier than that. I will stick to playing Michigan scratch off tickets, the odds in losing are only 5 out of 6.

    Just killing time...

I don't know if you realize that not everything "yotubers have posted" is revealed truth?
When it comes to luck in this game, my account is in the top ten beginning from the end :)
And yet I won some mythical mounts. . . opening shitboxes with only the keys I got from the VIP.
Better to feed the troll than listen to the idiot .

Well, I'm VIP, and I have never "bought" keys directly and never will, but to me the point isn't that the house is always winning, it is that I keep getting the same thing. At least with other lock boxes, when I was not a big winner I at least got a wider variety of items. But with this lock box, it's almost all alexandrite. I still have about 200 keys from logging in every day even when I wasn't playing much.

My complaint isn't that I'm not hitting the jackpot -- it's that when I don't, I keep getting the same thing.

I did get a Pegasus yesterday, though.

Sure ... it doesn't have any kind of statistical value that someone show us an RNG in a video opening hundreds of boxes.

But we do not worry because you already come to tell us the "revealed truth" with a comment in a forum without showing anything. Much more reliable, of course .... xD
Maybe just because RNG on preview is quite drastically different from RNG on live server?
So the value of this statistic is only calculated as likes on youtube :D

I understand, your keys only cost you 30 cents per key instead of a dollar. I would equate that to saying I only play the nickel slot casino and never put in more than 20 at one time.

People have debated ... argued here many times before that lock boxes are not gambling, if you don't use cash money. Zen cost someone money, only way to get a key is cash money, ergo gambling.

I don't just have VIP for the key, but if I did, the tradebars are what I am going for. A nice mount or other premium drop is just gravy. Remember the old lockboxes that *might* drop tradebars in addition to the other hot garbage? I have purchased mythic mounts when I see them for a good price in AH and buy upgrade tokens for others. Been playing for years and the only mount I have had drop from a lockbox was the Deepcrow. I have gotten enough tradebars to make me happy with the boxes.

Following your logic, one could say that if a prostitute buys a bread in a supermarket, the shopkeeper shares in the profit from whoredom.

Because you have the exact RNG numbers of the previous server and the live server. Right?
    Right.
I test every new content for myself. Anyone can do it. It's neither difficult nor amazing.

Sure man. I am the largest shareholder of all those youtubers who have 1000 followers. If I defend them, they will do better, and I may receive 20 cents more from them ... hahahaha

    Edit:
And of course, all their business depends of their RNG videos i guess. Nothing else...
    Who says you're a shareholder?
    You're just a blind follower :P

I think that would all depend on how the bread is used. Also it is legally supported and government owned in Nevada... just like gaming!

Jajaja..So your thesis is that we ignore what our own eyes see in a video to believe you, because your posts are more reliable, right?

    xD
It's not my business what you believe.
You can believe in ufo's, leprechauns, or youtubers - I really don't care. :D
