lvl 20 and out of quests?

So I hit level 20 and I'm out of quests. Is this normal? I see that 'seven toes' in blackdagger ruins will offer quests once I hit level 21 but is this normal and I need to do dungeons etc. to hit level 21 before I get any additional quests?

    I guess it depends on how you play, but yeah, it's possible. I was always a little higher than I needed to be to do the next quest because I fight everything -- EVERYTHING -- I see as I run back and forth between quest points. I also did the skirmishes and dungeons at least once to complete those quests as well.

    I purchased the Warlock Booster Pack last weekend at Level 8. By the time I finished all the quests in the Tower District, I was Level 20 and got the Quest to talk to Sgt Crocs, who then gave me the quest you're referring to.

    Simply put, go talk to him. Once you do, he should have two quests to start out in Blackdagger Ruins. Level 21 is just the recommended level for the area. I started doing them at 18 on my TR.

    Thanks Zaknafyen, do you remember who gave you the quest to talk to Sgt Crocs by chance, or was that part of the Warlock Booster?

    I have been using this quest list reference http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/List_of_quests

    and don't see a Sgt Crocs listed? Blackdagger ruins is open for me just no new quests. Not too big of a deal, i'm about 1/2 way through lvl 20 but thought it was weird to run out of quests.

    Sorry, I mean Sgt Knox (I call him Crocs because his voice acting is horrible, much like the hipster shoes people love). At any rate, here's what you should have received and where it should lead you:

    You go to Sgt Knox, turn that in and he should give you a quest to talk to "Seven Toes" in Black Dagger Ruins. Once you've done that, he should give you the following:

    http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Lights_on_the_Rocks

    If he doesn't I'm going to call bugged rather than not appropriately leveled and here's why:

    My first character, a GWF, I leveled along side my friends. By the time we made it to Blackdagger Ruins, we were level 18 and didn't have our rental mounts until half way through the zone.

    If this doesn't help, I wouldn't bother submitting a ticket. Trying grind away to 21 and see if that fixes the issue.

    He does give the first, but it is old Lem who gives the second.

    Right, but the NPC in, which they are received from is not the point. The point is these two quests, alone, should be available Pre-Level 21 and, for whatever reason, at Level 20, they're not available to him. I've never ran into this issue out of the 4 characters I have. Very odd.

    i have reached level 20 and i ran out of quest. i all so cant seem to level/gain anymore exp to reach lvl 21. any advice on what to do? or can any one help me out? im stuck

    This thread is from 2015 - it will most likely get locked the the moderator(s?)

    @korngirl1#3271 I would suggest you check in with Sergeant Knox in Protectors Enclave, he should have stuff for you to do.
