Heroic Encounter and Quest Rewards

Since you have taken away pretty much any incentive to do heroic encounters and/or quests with the removal of the experience system. How about adding zone related guild vouchers to the rewards list. So, say you do a HE in Dread Ring.. instead of just getting a couple silver .. you get a couple silver and a voucher or 2 .. at least it'd be something.
