Regarding Neverember's Incentives (been sent to forum by GM)
GM:
"I've consulted the Lead GM for Neverwinter regarding your concern. I was informed that this issue can only be resolved by the Development team. I know this is not the result you were hoping for and I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I strongly encourage you to share your experience on the Neverwinter forum so the developers can better investigate and make the necessary adjustments. Any news about this will be included in future patch notes on our website here: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news"
So after the launch of the new module, i directly leveled 2 Bards to level 20, 1 Manually, 1 with the 30K Character Boost pack.
I still haven't gotten my Neverember's Incentives.
I am also pretty sure i am not the only one.
I have spend time and money on this and would like to get it fixed.
Since it's out of the power of the GM's to fix it, i really would like a Dev to help with this issue please.
All the Tickets and writing are very time consuming, and much rather play the game.
But this just has to be dealed with.

More info on others with similar issues.
Started leveling my bard before the hot-fix - and I'm missing incentives to complete the 100.
Opened a ticket as well.
