Hi, maybe I am misreading information. Is the patch next week getting rid of our lvl 80 characters and replacing them with a new leveling system that is max lvl 20? What about gear? I have also heard some campaigns ect. will be gone. Any info would be much appreciated. I tried Google and it was not my friend. Thanks again. I am a bit concerned as I have around a dozen toons. Most lvl 80 with great gear.

Tyranny is being rolled into the Well only. You can find a listing in the forums of the zones that are being flushed.
Have fun!
All they was change an 80 to read 20, changed that XP is no longer the means for levelling, Provide decent gear as rewards for quest/area completion to help new players be ready to start end game (read start legacy campaigns and gear farming) sooner ,,,,maybe 1-3 days as opposed to 1-2 weeks to get to level 80.
The Bard looks like an interesting addition and I look forward to seeing the mechanics with the PS4 version as that is how I normally play....keyboard maneuvering on PC for me is very difficult and have not been able to get a PS4 controller to work properly with my PC.
Some of the events will be interesting as they unfold next year with the new changes (how many did merchant escorts in Black Lake during Jubilee?
Mod 6 removed dungeons "to be reworked; they'll be back". They came back as an event aimed at endgamers, and it wasn't even all of the dungeons they took out. Now, we get the Throne of Idris back. Woo f'n hoo... One dungeon.
We've lost skirmishes with the same promise.
We've lost the CTAs, which were the only way a lot of us were able to experience the skirmishes.
Now, we're losing all the dragons outside of the Well. And a lot of the game areas. Removing content is NEVER a good idea. They do it anyway.
What have they given back that they promised? One dungeon in 7 years.
Just killing time...
It is very noticeable that the game has lost a LOT of the experienced players. There are also very few Neverwinter content creators left. The maintenance level of the Neverwinter Wiki is.. unsatisfactory.
It rarely is single events that make people leave a game. Single events usually are just the last drop that makes the ship sink.
On the brighter side, you have a wiki, Champions Online wiki is a html 404 error.
