Game keeps crashing/dashboarding/freezing on xbox series X.. why?

I got a series X the other day and Neverwinter keeps crashing freezing e then dashboarding. How can the xbox series x not handle this game?. I did not have this issue on my og xbox one. In the middle of a dungeon, or an Heroic Encounter and i get dashboarded in the middle of it. I don't know if it's the xsx that needs fixing or th game that needs an update to run better on the xsx.

I have a Series X and the only issue the game has is the logo screen flickers when starting the game. Everything else is fine.

Mine flickers too on the start up screen

Are you using wifi or cable? I'm wondering if it's a local connection issue?

I'm on Wi-Fi. I'll have to check an ethernet connection.

Edit: checked with Ethernet cable, no problems.

Have you tried clearing the cache?

I have a One S and I get the same issues. You'll experience it regardless of console version, makes no difference at all. It's the game itself. You ever invited ppl to group or joined a queue and the game suddenly crash dumps then rolls to dashboard..

It's the game itself, no amount of restarting your xbox or clearing down cache on a cold boot will fix it. It's inevitable and happens very often to many players.

Nothing we can do ourselves to fix it. You can have the best Internet connection in the world and the game will still crash dump.

Just the way neverwinters built these days.

Has not changed with mod 21 if anything it's gotten worse

I'm not going to say it's not the game itself. But if it were, then a HAMSTER ton of people would have the issue.
