The Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers release date is 2 July 2019 and Zariel’s Challenge release date is 30 Jun 2020. They are exactly the same, even the mechanics.

This is one of main reasons why I don't bothering with Zarial and ToMM. Both trials remind of conent from my previous played mmorpg games..
However, you should also understand, that current situation with mmo rpg games is that, there is little to no truly new stuffs developed. Most of fantasy stuffs are similar and in cases indentical among few games.
When you play new mmorpg game, and you get in x dungeon or etc, you already know how react in most cases. Quickly assuming whos most dangerious creatures and whom can be ignored, even mechanics you can already predict based on theme of content.

Some of the fashion (especially lately) I have seen on other game stores as well - however to some extent I believe there is no reinventing the wheel and you are bound to find similar things in different games.
