Horrors revisited looping

I completed Horrors revisited. The Queen of Darkness appeared. I am told to speak to Thradisar in New Sharandar. I enter the portal to the Mire. Return to New Sharandar. I cannot speak to Thradisar for quest completion. The quest instructs me to go to Illefarn Ruins. I return to Illefarn Ruins. I do everything again. Wash, rinse, repeat. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    You have to enter through the portal at the main questgiver area, going back through the main entrance to the ruins will just give you the original lair which does not complete the quest.
