Lair of the Mad Mage 1st boss adds

During the fight with Arcturia, at random times there are about a dozen golems spawning out of nowhere. Only ran it once since the latest patch, not sure if anyone else experienced it yet.

Note: it was a random group with pretty low dps, so the fight took a while to finish, with higher dps who finish quicker it might not happen.

    The adds are not random, they appear if you don't kill the mimic chests.

    I appreciate the tips, but I know very well how the boss works(trust me, I've run this hundreds of times). Even though I mentioned that dps was quite low, nobody was a 1st timer and everyone did the mechanics properly. Everyone killed their mimics, we were all ganging up on Arcturia, then out of nowhere the golems spawned right on her.

    I can confirm this happens at random regardless if the mimics are killed. I believe it has something to do with how long the fight takes though. I'll have to test it later.
