Unable to change loadout

As title says unable to change load out on my TR. No active Cooktown, plenty of inventory space. Tried logging out and back in, no change.

    Try applying all mounts/companions to all loadouts.

    It’s a pain, but that used to fix it.

    Thank you for your reply. That has not fixed it.

    Some friends report they have 3 loadouts and can switch between 2 but not the third.

    I only have 2 loadouts on this toon, but looks like the issue is not just me.

    Is this in general or in a dungeon. In dungeons I find I can only use the loadouts concerning the paragon path I entered with but then again I have only ever tried this with my DC. I just presumed it was the same for all for ease of coding.

    Outside of dungeons sometimes you also have apply all equipment and artifacts to all loadouts as well. (basically everything to get it to work.)
