(mod 20) I have put together a guide on an exceptionally strong PVP build that can be duplicated on any dps class with only minor differences if any.     All is matter gear.. And no difference of players, their play style, no difference in class realate powers. Just gear set up is enough.
    After seeing this, it's hard to call this game action combat anymore.
