Bug with Zariel's Favor now on Playstation

As of this latest patch, Avernus hunts are now giving Zariel's favor only to the person who drops a lure, not to the whole group.

This bug has already been reported for PC, it's just now become a problem on Playstation as well:

    This bug is also happening on xBox. It's been over a month now. I'm starting to think you guys did it on purpose and if so that's just not cool. I'm now sitting on over 100 lures waiting to find out if you're going to fix it or not. Are you trying to kill your own game? Why can't you guys fix this after a month? Nobody is happy about this and we're all trying to be patient but you guys are killing us man...

    Yep , inventory is clogged with hint junk .
