Neverwinter Makes My Pc Froze and Forces to a Restart

Hi All! I am playing neverwinter via Steam with last update sometimes crashes and sometimes game just freezes and FORCES my pc to restart even crtl+alt+delete wont work. I was playing this game way before it was working perfectly but now i pass the logo and select my character after loading screen it just stops working.
Tried these solutions but nothing worked so far :

Funny it closes steam aswell when it crashes. Need a solution Asap.

I've updated for the new release and since then i haven't been able to load the game, at all. I've reinstalled, updated my graphics and drivers. I've done everything on my PC side of things but the moment the game goes past the "Loading" it shuts off immediately.

I've had the same issue as above, but through the arc client instead.

Hi there i think i bypassed freezing my pc issue by doing other solutions. Right now game crashes sometime but it is playable and it doesn't forces it to a restart. Let me tell you what i did maybe it will help you:

1. I looked at the crash trouble shooting from their official page:

2. I was on a steam version switched to a arc client (basically re-downloaded the game)

3. Gave the game laucher "Neverwinter.exe" a administrator privileges (compatibility is still on windows 8)
Note : If you gave administrator privileges you cannot open task manager if game crashes or freezes thus can't switch to
other active programs. To prevent this open up task manager on the (win 10) top left side click setting choose always on top.

4. Had a high disk usage followed these steps (if you have no high disk usage you can skip this part):
Note : I am using HDD on my pc if you are using SSD i recommend skipping this part.

5. Checked all drives updated old ones

6. Updated graphics card driver and checked if windows was updated.

7. When Neverwinter client opened on options foced verify and opened on safe mode

after these steps i was able to log in and play the game with out carshing all the time still it is crashing and giving black screen but i can play it atleast can do my daily dungeons :P. Protip if the games doesn't launch at first time (dont forget to do step 3 if you gave administrator privileges neverwinter.exe) open up task manager force it to shut down after that open it up again you should be able to play the game. Btw i read your post you did upgraded your graphics card etc. I told all the steps i did because if someone else has the same problem so they can see it. Hope this helps.
