Unintended Item Level

The Thrones from various events such as the Protector's Jubilee among others, have 20 Item Level assigned to them. This is obviously not correct as they are vanity items and do not give any stats or combat use.

    I guess you mean the tooltop description bug. As far as I can tell, it does not add item level to the character.
