New Crown Of The Concussed Not Visible For Dragonborn

So I tried previewing the new crown of the concussed from the april fowls vendor on 2 toons, one is a dragonborn and the other isn't. The crown isn't visible for dragonborn but is visible for other races. Given crown of candles was made usuable on dragonborn, can we have same applied to this similar item?

    I'm having that issue as well. also I can't get my starry tophat to convert over to an appearance change Which i was using fine before and the demon hunter trackers aren't visible for me either. it's enough to make you change your race so you can be styling like everyone else lols

    Due to their model, Dragonborn are not always able to accommodate all head pieces but we are aware that this can be a source of frustration and continue to look into it.
