Wizard's "Nightmare Wizardry" Feature Doesn't Work. Grung's "Grung's Instincts" Doesn't Work.

"Nightmare Wizardry" feature for arcanist wizard has been broken ever since the nerfing of storm spell chance. There's no additional lightning bolt for 80 magnitude damage and there is no red text pop up that reads nightmare wizardry. This needs to be fixed. This is a big contribution to the wizard's damage and for it to be broken for so long is disappointing. Also "Grung's Instincts" doesn't proc either. No red text appears and no glowing aura around enemies with no poison damage.

Nightmare wizardry works for me, it pops at least. I may test if it gives CA properly

Nightmare wizardry grants combat advantage and isn't supposed to add lightning damage. Striking Advantage does that.
