[PC] Unlplayable high ping

Hello everyone, i returned to play after being several years away, the game for me is actually not playable, i have a base ping of 200ms, spiking at 1800-2000ms, if i move i go back to the starting point. On other games or apps my ping is max 60ms, i ran a "ping -t" to the servers from cmd with max 140ms as a result. I also provide a traceroute from my powershell as a screenshot if it can be helpful. i spent a whole day looking for fix guides on the forum, on FAQs and even the subreddit... nothing worked. My actual connection is a Wireless Network(WADSL) max 30Mbps. This is my last try... thanks in advance to everyone

    140 ms is not best but should not be too bad for an MMO.
    Since you play on PC and I don't know if other things connect also to the Internet while you try to play you can maybe try one thing.
    If your ISP supports it enable IPv6. Its much better for routing even if only other applications use IPV6 while you are playing Neverwinter.
