I have been without internet access for the past several days and I know this is the case for many others as well due to the winter storms sweeping across the US. Is there anything you can do to assist us with the daily keys we are missing from our VIP access?

    As far as I know, when Puerto Rico was hit with storm and could not connect for weeks, nothing was done. Even if you paid the full price of VIP (not using any coupon) and you consider the only value of the VIP is the keys, you are talking about less than $2.

    I think it is about time for that to change soon. Hopefully they can work on a solution. Maybe not for this current disaster, but hopefully they can make plans for future ones.
