Cloaked Ascendancy Dead End

I have more than one character and I have had no issues with Cloaked Ascendancy before this.

>I have completed chapters 1-4 - even redone chapters 1&4
>I have no quests for the River District
>The River District is not on my map at all - and yes I have restarted the program
>There are no active quests or quest givers that I can find and until I can get into the River District I am stuck

Any ideas???

    Is there something in the campaign ? Sometimes ( because tool tips are a joke ) you actually have to read the campaign and kind of decifer what/where/how to do next . The only thing straight forward in the game is to navigate to the zen store :)

    Found the issue - there is a quest listed as a generic quest with no mention of chapter 5

    From Lord Neverember - Brother Can You Spare a Copper - that opens the River District Map up

    Really wish they would either rename the quest or make it easier to connect the dots...
