Can posting here get me banned from playing the game? as I can not login any more. I was just playing about an hour ago posted here now poofff no more gaming... did I break some rule?

    Possibly, but the servers just took a HAMSTER for everyone.

    No you didn't, I assume. I also can't login anymore... well to bemore precise, I can login, but character list can't be loaded anymore

    Same here. Timing out at "Retrieving list of characters..." Can't log in (PC)

    Nope, I have the same problem in the UK. I tried logging into Neverwinter multiple times between 08:00 and 08:15 UTC on 08/02/21 from the UK and got a system timeout when the system was trying to retrieve my characters. I have tried using the US and UK proxies to no avail and I have checked my broadband speed and ping and its all good so I am assuming this is an issue at Cryptic's end, not sure how widespread it is though

    Thought it was just me. First the chat died, then I was kicked offline during map transfer, can't get characters to load after log in. =/

    Edit: oh wait. looks like the whole server died. xD

    The message is now "unavailable server", so we don't have the choice to wait, laid back with a big rolled cigaret, life is good ^^

    i just got done tonight finishing up some quest in AI on my wizard and when i come back out that i was unable to log back in due to this message for how the server is unavailable

    huh my profile says I have no games...interesting I would think neverwinter and Magic Legends would be listed. maybe they gor hacked by China or Russia or maybe the Horde!!!! For the Horde.... doohh wrong game.

    This is a test run so we can get used to multiple crashes and patches for Mod 20. These guys always think ahead...

    I am not sure what closed alpha is but come Feb. 11th I think Ill be getting use to this kind of waiting. is alpha the test run before bata?

    Alright.. tried the launcher just now and it said that 'the server is having issues but we are working on it' or something to that effect. Account Server probably needs to have a service restarted.
