Queued for RTQ solo - emerged into empty instance

As title states. Queued for RTQ solo as healer. Immediately accepted and was put into a CoDG instance that was COMPLETELY empty. Shortly after I arrived, three others also appeared in the instance. Needless to say, that was abandoned - surprisingly without penalty.

    Not a bug. All that happened was everyone quite the instance but it takes a minute or two before the instance is fully shutdown. In that time you queued up and it placed you on that map. Best way to check this is next time you go into a map press "X" and see how long the instance has been going for.

    Sounds like everyone saw CoDG and bailed on it before you even saw them.

    But it is still a bug - an instance that is in the process of shutting down should be ignored by the queue manager. If everyone quits an instance, then it should automatically shut down. This is nothing but additional suffering for the unfortunate DPS toons that must now go back into queue and wait yet again to be assigned. As a healer it is more of a minor annoyance.

    Perhaps the issue here is that the instance was not actually shutting down after being completely abandoned. I waited a short time - enough for a shutdown to occur (and 3 others to appear) - but left via the abandon button. There is at least one bug here.

    The instance was still a 'good' instance if it was filled with fresh people who chose to continue.
