My mystic Sigil of the Cleric has:
item level 300, 1498 power, 1503 Defense 1498 incoming healing (no combined rating though)
My mystic Sigil of Wizard has:
item level 300, 255 power, 255 Critical strike, 255 Control Resistance, 255 combined rating
My mystic Book of Vile Darkness has:
item level 450, 675 power, 338 critical severity, 228 Deflection, 360 Combined Rating.
It looks like Sigil of the Cleric has wrong stat.
It is hard to balance the stat when it appears there are wrong stat everywhere. i.e. if I get out of the way to balance it now, I will waste resource and need to rebalance it again after they are fixed (when they are fixed).

Could you look at the Ring of Bel please. It seems to have a similar issue. My Ring of Bel +4 has over 6,300 accuracy and 9,450 combat advantage with a combined rating of 420. It is a 1050 item level, but has a lower combined rating than an 880 ring.
So many broken items and companions....
