Item level calculation issues

I made several tests and found out a thing that, in my opinion, needs to be clarified. I opened a ticket and I got an answer suggesting me to write about this issue also here.
Looks like Mount Bolster doesn't actually affect Total Item Level and/or STATS in any way, maybe I am misunderstanding numbers, but it's quite clear to me that something is wrong there and would like to hear your feedback too.

Repro: open character tab, take a note of your current total item level, then switch to mounts main page, where you select the appearance of your mount and the powers to be used. Near the bottom right corner of the window it's written the "Item level contribution" of the selected powers and there is a handy tooltip explaining more in detail how that number is calculated. Take a note also of this number and clear both power slots. The "Item level contribution" is now zero. Go back to the main character page, subtract the item level you see from the one you noted earlier.

In my case, the difference is not the "Item level contribution" I had before to clear the power slots.
It is the plain sum of the powers' item level.

Find screenshots attached and please let me know if that's happening to you too!

The initial total item level
Initial total item level 26869

The mount page and item level contribution
Item level contribution 1376

The contribution calculation, seems wrong ( 657+657=1314*1,095~=1439 )
item level contribution 1376

Clear up powers, contribution is now zero
item level contribution 0

The new total item level is now 1314 lower than the initial one, where is the bolster gone?
total item level 25555

Thanks everyone!

Thanks for the report. The Item Level Contribution field is currently giving you incorrect numbers. We'll get this addressed in a future patch.

It looks to me that it only applies the bolster bonus to one of the stats. In your case:

    (657 * 1.095) + 657 = 1376.

Looks like it only applies the bonus to the combat power. When I equip an 1,890 combat power and a 756 equip power to my 26% bolster, I get 3,137: (1890*1.26) + 756 = 3137.

    When I use a 756 combat power and 1,890 equip power I get 2,843: (756*1.26) + 1890 = 2,843.

This can only 'explain' the item level number in the mount page but it cannot explain the number in the character sheet page.

It does not add 1376 to the item level in the character sheet page. It only adds 1314.
