Divine Gear for Other Classes BTC on Pickup

Surely this is a bug. It doesn't make much sense to be able to purchase a BTC item you cannot use.

I made this mistake, submitted a ticket and hopefully it can be resolved in game pretty easily.

To add insult to injury, I purchased a Duchess Blessing with a different alt this morning from the citadel vendor and she took my 12,000 favors; I didn't receive it. That makes 22,000 favors my 2 alts have spent since the forge opened, HAMSTER. Just HAMSTER, a ward breastplate bound to a character that can't use it and a Blessing that didn't go into my inventory. 13 weeks and this is what I get?

Update; for some reason Duchess's Blessings purchased by alts drop directly into professions as opposed to Blessings on my main taking up an inventory slot in a bag. The Blessings were there, just not where I was looking. The GMs worked with me to resolve the mistake of purchasing BtoC armor from the citadel. Appreciate the assist, many thanks.

They declined my request to have the gear switched over or favors refunded. Told me I'm stupid for not reading it was bind on pickup. Since you know....it's clearly not their fault letting people buy worthless gear, clearly not a simple bind status they forgot to fix.

@nitocris83 this type of stuff isn't exactly good for the game image.
