Did the Dev's not say that they were increasing the IL and stats on enchantments and runestones? As an example, currently on live, my rank 15 Cruel enchantment give 1320 power and 1320 accuracy. On Preview, the same
Cruel enchantment gives 150 power, 150 accuracy and 180 combined rating. This sounds like a severe reduction instead of an increase.

However with the overall changes to how stats work, being that overall your maxed out stats will be lower in terms of numbers ( for example being at 40k iLvL means your stats need to reach 40k to be capped and that presumably would be closer to end game levels) you won't be needing as much raw numbers in stats as before.
150 Power could be the equivalent of 1500 under the new system. Plus the CR adds 180 to that which applies to all stats so get clarification if you want. Could help out others as well.
