Leaver penalty

So I dont get a warning for leaver penalty which I know from the past you dont get when multiple people leave a dungeon or trial first. I leave because obviously it's not gonna succeed with only a few people. Next thing I know i cant requeue up it says I'm not high enough level. Shouldn't have a leaver penalty should have an afk penalty for those who wait 5 minutes to be kicked.

    There is still a warning if you're going to incur a penalty for leaving. Check to see if your companion is summoned as this affects item level. The leaver penalty restricts your queuing for a time period (30 minutes / 4 hours). This is unrelated to item level.
