Now that we can buy Blessed weapons for our alts, what do we do about getting the mats needed to upgrade them?

    The mats to upgrade Blessed to higher ranks are unlock at each Milestone. So you have to get mats for each of the your character. If one of your character missed a milestone, likely the mats will be in store at a later date.
