  In normal circumstances the ice wall is has a shiny effect on it and breakable.

  Try again later. Although what you did should have worked around the bug, you probably just happened to go into the same bug instance. I believe the bug goes with the instance and not your character. Yes, I had that a few times too.

  I have this too. Have submitted my second bug report on it.
  
  Successfully submitted ticket ID #4,812,544.
  
  All crystals destroyed. Quest objective is Destroy the Last Crystal. Unable to interact with the ice wall to break into the last room to complete the quest.

  I can not start this quest. I got the email when I reached lvl 35 I went straight there. Omin would not give me the quest "Information Acquisition" I went back 3 times that day. I sent a bug report and they told me to come hear any ideas what I can do? Now lvl 40 Thanks
