Streaming Beta will NOT let me play the game

I keep getting interrupted while I am playing Neverwinter and asked to setup your Streaming Beta. How can I STOP this from happening?????

    This has nothing to do with neverwinter.....are you runing the Steam Streaming Beta ? https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/broadcast

    If it is the ARC streaming overlay, which is pre-set to shift-tab, so easy to push, then reset it's keybind to something you won't accidently hit. I have it set to ctrl-pageup,
