I would like to report bug. Blades of Vanquished Armies CRIT Rate is below the normal rate, i recorded only about a 14-25% crit rate, live server seems to be better on dummy at around 40-44%, which is closer to the base crit rate of 50%.
just in case it matters, the lower proc rate on the test server was in battle with Zariel, on live server this was on a test dummy in Chult/Port. All my stats are are over 90K, repeated tries to record this rate of crit gives the same.
