War party not sparing 6 hours at a time

Doing war party seems to only spawn if globally being switched between devils and demons do one then the other and repeat but players done completely understand dynamic. And at times counter does not count down it actually counts up for an hour then restart and count up an hour again. This is hurting player base and making it hard to complete anything thing. Also blue screen on PS4 is about every half hour since content dropped.
