Neverember's Platinum Adornment Fashion Box

I can claim the box, it shows up in my inventory and I can open it. On the popup windows showing me the contents, I see all three fashion items and can click ok. However, after I click ok, the items simply vanish. They don't go to my inventory or the fashion item tab in my character menu.

I can claim the box from the vendor again and repeat those steps, but I don't get the outfit. Help?
